Brand Ambassador Requirements:

Tier 3-  1 month commitment -

includes 4 in shop Rf Frequency sessions (requires little-no work)

• Must reside in the Columbus Ohio area and be willing to drive to 1 weekly appointment

• Must be free of any contraindications for the treatments included in the sessions.

• Must allow video and photos of all sessions and give LUH permission to post all on social media and website

Tier 2- 2 month commitment-

includes 4 in shop Rf Frequency  and 4 self apply sessions of our new MeltED fat dissolve gel.

(requires some work)

• Must reside in the Columbus Ohio area and be willing to drive to 1 weekly appointment

• Must be free of any contraindications for the treatments included in the sessions.

• Must allow video and photos of all sessions and give LUH permission to post on social media and website

Tier 1- 3 month commitment - includes 12 sessions ( combination of services and varies per session) and 1 free full product bottle of fat topical lotion for self apply and free merch

• Must be free of any contraindications for the treatments

• Must have at least 1,500 followers on any social media platform

• Must engage with our content by tagging @levelduphealth in 1 story weekly + 4 posts a month

• Post before/after pics on social media and tag @levelduphealth

• Must allow Level’d Up Health the right to use all session and content pictures/videos of Ambassador for social media and website.
